Who and Why we are?
Yardstick's vision is to make learning enriching and joyful experience. Yardstick designs and implements learning programs for children, engaging their keen, inquisitive and imaginative minds via hands-on educational activities. At Yardstick, we believe in “celebrating children,” so they too can become knowledge creators instead of passively acquiring information from textbook learning alone.
School Excellence Program:
The School Excellence Program encompasses all of Yardstick’s efforts to ensure the holistic development of a school into an activity-based learning centre.
Young Scientist:
Young Scientist is a yearlong science hands-on activity program connected to the school curriculum that aims to increase the understanding and the application of science among children.
Vacation Camps:
Yardstick Vacation Camps are designed for children to explore and discover the world of science.
Teacher Training:
The vision of Yardstick is to make learning enriching and joyful experience. To enable this to happen we understand and acknowledge the importance of teacher trainings.
Teaching and Learning Aids:
Yardstick aims to complement daily classroom learning with our teaching and learning aids, which are based on our pedagogy of hands-on learning. Our proprietary teaching and learning aids range from pictorial charts, concept maps to audio-visual supportdelivered through workshops.
